"Manufacture by Extrusion and sale of plastic bags".
This one is the recognition of the maturity and the
effectiveness of our quality system.
It
illustrates our will to evolve in a step of progress

Plastic film and environment

Member
of Recyfilm association and the Trade union
of Plastic films, Poub' Sac takes part in
the valorization of industrial packing and
the improvement of your environment.
100% of our manufacture are carried out
containing recycled polyethylene.
Since the decree of July 20 1998 whole
conditioning must satisfy the essential
requirements related to the environment, and
must be conceived in
manner:
to
limit its weight and its volume while
remaining able to ensure a sufficient level
of safety.
to
reduce its heavy metal concentration to the
minimum,
with being able to be re-used or developed
at the end of the lifetime.

SAC
and second life of polyethylene |

1 million tons of plastic film are consumed
in France per annum. It is much !
6 % approximately are recovered and
developed (10 out of film EP). It is little !
8000 tons per annum are transformed at POUB'
SAC and those come entirely from films of
recovery.
Leaned with suppliers and transformers of
reputation, we are ensured of regular
provisioning. The selection, the sorting and
the use are supervised uninterrupted to
offer to our customers a constant product
and showing well targeted characteristics
compared to the need.
The know-how of our personnel is, without
question, one of our best assets. If one
associates it the installation of an
installation QES (Quality Environment Safety)
with certification envisaged semi-2004, we
are sure even more effectively to control " the
2nd life of polyethylene ".
